If there is one thing I'd like to offer throughout the month of April, it's a
DISTRACTION The coronavirus is happening. It's happening everywhere. We're all living & loathing this frightening, relentless, unfamiliar time with no end in sight. Even worse, the information we receive brings little comfort and instead, it insists a new way of living. Whilst we are respectfully isolating ourselves from the world that we're used to, we still need to connect. We need to look for the positives. We need to drench ourselves in good news. We need to move. We need to relax. We need to be mindful. We need to laugh. We need to soften. We need to nourish all of our senses. Most of all, we need to love what we have! Over the month of April I want to offer you opportunities to experience all of these things. My intention is to be your source of positive stories, information to support the nourishment of your mind and body, links to motivate you to move your body. Above all, I want to make you smile & laugh. Every day, through a closed FB group we will connect. You'll receive tools to support a month of mindfulness and self-care, you'll receive good news, new ideas, healthy articles, positive support and you'll even receive the occasional video from yours truly. All of which is to support your happiness. 30 days of distractions - for us, because we're all in this together. |
