We're ALL doing our best on a daily basis but unfortunately we're creatures of habit with habits making up almost 40% of our daily behaviours.
Habits can look a bit like this;
Healthy habits (good sleep hygiene, healthy food habits, regular exercise etc), Unhealthy habits (procrastination, excessive phone use, unhealthy food choices etc) & Neutral habits (bushing your teeth, showering, eating the same sandwich every day).
Over the next 5 weeks you'll be intentionally focusing on replacing your unhealthy habits with the habits that represent your goals. Having this focus will leave you feeling empowered, in control and at your best - every day. I promise.
Once you join the program you'll be asked to complete an important questionnaire that will have you acknowledge your starting point and the unhealthy habits that have formed. Following this, you'll receive a 30 minute coaching call with me that will offer guidance that will help you navigate ways to overcrowd these unhealthy habits. You'll also receive the necessary tools that will support your success in forming new healthy habits. These tools will motivate & encourage you and can be used time & time again should you fall off the wagon (and you will!).
This focus over 5 weeks will lead to you feeling better, happier and in control of your actions and will keep you on track with your commitments to form new healthy habits. Your new lifestyle awaits!

I'll support you in being realistic with your approach and will be there to remind you that this program is about taking one. day. at. a time so to warn off any overwhelm. This is about taking baby steps in the direction of your personal goals however big or small. These new healthy habits will be practiced 5 days a week for 5 weeks with 2 days of "mindful rest or indulgence". We're all about balance!
At the end of the 5 weeks you'll have created new healthy habits that are in line with the lifestyle that you want to be living and breathing, PLUS, you would have successfully achieved the goals you set yourself. You'll be able to reflect on all of this using the measuring tool included in the program that can be used whenever life gets turned on its head and you need a bit of support to get back on track.
These 5 weeks will be huge and you'll be amazed at how much you can achieve once you set your mind to it (and become accountable to me!)
