5 Days of Focus for 5 Weeks starts on Monday 3rd May and will finish on Sunday, 6th of June

Last year was a hell of a year and whilst we were ALL doing our best, some habits were formed that haven’t made us feel our best. Over a 5 week period we’re going to be focussing on creating NEW habits that will take over from the old ones. We'll be realistic with our approach so to not self sabotage and we'll take one. day. at. a time so to warn off any overwhelm. At the end of the 5 weeks you'll have created new healthy habits that are in line with the lifestyle that you want to be living & breathing, PLUS, you would have achieved the goals you set yourself.
These 5 weeks will be huge and you'll be amazed at how much you can achieve once you set your mind to it (and are accountable to me!)
