I get so much out of seeing people achieve their goals and strive for a better version of themselves. I love witnessing their hard work and the results that come from that. It’s the BEST! Seriously, THE. BEST!!
I lived a life in Sydney where I felt like I was stuck on a mouse wheel. The demands of life, coupled with ALWAYS trying to be a better Mum, Wife, Daughter and Friend, would often get the better of me. I have always been passionate about succeeding in my own right and following areas that interested me - but adding this pressure to an already full load didn’t sit well ANYWHERE.
My stress and anxiety levels were at an all-time high and I felt like I was failing at everything. I needed balance BADLY and I didn’t know where to get or even how to go about it. At first, I denied that it was me that needed change, and then I avoided change because it required too much effort. I really didn't think I could do it. So I sought help because I knew I couldn't do it alone.
I can honestly say that because I allowed myself to be vulnerable in a space where I could sit, be listened to and just be, I was able to acknowledge what was happening around me. I was uncomfortable at first but I got my life back and amongst many positives, balance was found! I had a weight lifted and the rest is history!
I now know what I want to get out of life and a big part of that is helping others get the most out of their lives. I love helping people reach their goals and find ways to become their best self. I understand that wellness & balance is different for everyone and I would love to help you find your meaning of these things.
