By listing your intentions on this calendar you are making a promise to yourself. You are identifying how and when you are able to do the things that you want to do to support your feeling of wellness and fulfilment.

By using this calendar on a weekly basis you will identify and commit to the MOST important thing(s) on that ONE day. Just ONE thing could be to drink that 2 litres of water!. Write it down and watch it happen!
Over the course of a month you will see what you are capable of. You will see what you have achieved and I KNOW that it will motivate you to continue on the journey of "taking care of you" which always creates a ripple effect with those around you benefiting by having a happier, fulfilled, content YOU.
