I want to chose quality over quantity and while I ponder how all of this looks, I've decided to explore the world of a plant based diet.

I love to share ideas with you that may perhaps resonate when you read through my story. In this instance, my story of going meat-less is a choice I have made based on the oh-too-regular consumption of meat. I am choosing to hit "pause"on meat based dishes until I come to a place of comfort and content when all considerations of quality standards and the regularity of the consumption is clear.
I also really like vegetables and I don't cook enough meals where they are the HERO
I've put together a Food Guide that offers 58 recipes that will satisfy and nourish you from morning to night. These recipes are full of flavour and use delicious and healthy ingredients that will satisfy cravings from pancakes to goulash and risotto.
Included in the Food Guide is 2 Meals Plans along with their shopping list. I've also included a clean template for you to make up your own Meal Plan based on the recipes included in the Food Guide - you can make the menu!
I want to share with you these recipes to take the guess work out of what to cook. These dishes will offer you a different way of eating and will most certainly show you that you can be completely satisfied while eating meat-less.
I'm not one to deprive myself of certain foods, my approach to eating is more about doing what feels good, and eating more vegetable based meals is what I am curiously craving, physically and ethically.
