Before School After School After dinner annnnd, ALLLL weekend.. What can we eat what can we eat what can we eat????? (I kind of think the same though if I’m being honest!!! ) Snacks snacks snacks! There are only so many carrot sticks and pieces of fruit my kids will eat and I’m not a huge fan of the weight bearing pull on the pantry doors every afternoon - for many reasons. Over the past year I’ve tried and tested many recipes, some have been great, some deserved a polite smile and others I forgot an ingredient and ruined completely. The success stories I celebrated though, and noted, and as a result have put together a Healthy & Nourishing Snack Recipe Guide. This guide has lots of options that will satisfy the whole family - big kids (us adults) included. In this guide you'll find 20+ recipes ranging from smoothies to cake with the additional savoury snacks (and musts) for the fridge.. These recipes are easy to follow, are mostly gluten free*, are tasty and are all offered with health, nourishment and satisfaction in mind. I hope you enjoy each and every one, just as I have.
