For those of you that don’t know about my idea of living your best life, I want to share with you how it is that I find comfort, balance and empowerment in my every day.
I live a life that includes lots of activity in the form of exercise and a family that keep me on the move with their busy schedules & commitments. On a daily basis I am a slave to my calendar but at the weekend I like to relax when invited to social events (they’re my favourite!)
I live a life that is balanced. I work hard and I relax. I promote all of the good things - exercise, good food, lots of water, sleep, and FUN.
I promote a 100% balanced lifestyle.
To me, this approach allows me to live my best life with no regrets. Sometimes though, these good-for-you things fall out of wack and I find myself needing to focus on feeling better, looking for energy and need nourishment.
I need to break some habits, get rid of the bloating, focus on good digestion and eat foods that support reducing inflammation. I need to get mindful and consume only good nutritious food. I get desperate for this feeling. I need focus. So after an extended celebration, a holiday, visitors, or if I’ve just let my boundaries slip, I RESET.
I’ve put together a 3-day program that helps me shift my mindset, my eating habits and even a couple of kilos. This program has been put together to allow our bodies to have a rest from the overload of all-of-the-things!
Included in the Love Being 3-day Reset are simple recipes that you repeat over the 3 days. You’ll need a juicer – but don’t worry, you’ll be eating food too. The recipes are simple and completely nourishing in every way. I promise that you will feel so good after just one day.
The programs that I offer are all tried and tested. A meal plan and recipes are provided and you even get a shopping list! Taking part in this program is a great way of nourishing your body as well as recognising and acknowledging how your mind works when inviting in restrictions.
