I've been there so often that I've created a 3-Day Reset that helps me "start again".
My idea of living my best life is about finding comfort, balance and empowerment in my every day. I find this through good sleep, daily movement, lots of water and good food. I live a life that includes lots of activity in the form of exercise and a family that keep me on the move with their busy schedules & commitments. On a daily basis I am a slave to my calendar but at the weekend I like to relax when invited to social events (they’re my favourite!).
I live a life that is balanced.
I work hard and I relax.
At times though, I do over-do it and burn the candle at both ends which is usually caused by extended holidays, special birthdays or just a wave of social activities that are too good to say no to.
As a Health, Nutrition & Wellness Coach I promote all of the good things in life - exercise, good food, lots of water, sleep, and FUN but I'm well aware that too much of a good thing can make me feel and appear inflamed, tired, irritated and I tend to mindlessly snack on food that doesn't serve me. Now, when I start to feel like this, I turn to my 3-Day Reset. This Reset restores my energy, improves my sleep, I lose the inflammation (and a few kilos!!) and all control is restored.

Included in the Love Being 3-day Reset are simple recipes that you repeat over the 3 days. Included in the recipe book is a green juice that you'll make at home BUT, if you don't have a juicer don't worry about it as you can find a suitable green juice in your local supermarket. There are green juices in the fridge section in your supermarket that promote 100% pure goodness with mostly green ingredients. If you need some advise here please shout out! I also think it's important to note that you'll be eating food too (this is in no means a juice diet!). The recipes are simple and completely nourishing in every way and I promise that you'll feel so good after just one day. The programs that I offer are all tried and tested.
