Are you ready to break the habits that have snuck in over the past 2 months (or longer)?
I want to support you over the next 28 days. I want to help to get you back on track and help create awareness of what it takes to feel good. This is not about missing out on life, this is about creating balance. I want to help you get to where you want to be. You make the rules.

It’s about creating your best life and challenging the areas that you’re having issues with.
In the next 28 days we’ll focus on the things that matter to you. We’ll realise the power that you have to make things happen as you want them to. We take small steps that don’t overwhelm. It’s a one day at a time approach. We are creating change and change takes work and commitment. I’ll be supporting you along the way and I guarantee you’ll shock yourself with what you can achieve when you have someone sharing the journey with you.
I will be sharing my personal journey with you also so will be facing my own demons!!
Bye bye eating the left overs! Hello left overs for lunch!
Bye bye daily winesssss (gin etc), hello conscious consumption!
The only thing I’ll be missing out on is the guilt and disappointment that goes with the former of these two undesirable habits..
