6 Weeks to Better Health & Wellness (and getting those jeans to fit!)
Welcome to a New Year!
I for one feel that the month of January is an extension of December which means (in my head) that December has a total of 62 days - every year! It's a LONG month but gawd it's fun! The festivities start earlier every year and with the terrible anti-social year we've been forced to endure, we've gone in whole hog (no pun intended).
Now, come February 1st, it's time to change our ways.
It's time to take care of ourselves as we would someone we loved more than life itself. It's time for our eyes to brighten, spirits to rise and it's time to get focussed on our overall health. Let's get excited about the journey ahead that is ALL about US.
I want to take you on a journey where you create a plan that lasts for life
As a Health, Nutrition & Wellness Coach & Fitness Instructor, I meet men & women who are wanting to feel better, look better and think "healthier". With the experience I have I know that people are time poor and find it difficult to find time for themselves and when it comes to food, we become confused about what to eat, when to eat*, and how much to eat. I'm a Mum of 2 girls and promote all of the things that I want for my growing girls - good food, exercise, lots of water, sleep, time for self-care and FUN.
I promote a 100% balanced lifestyle.
Over the next 6 weeks I'll show you how to create healthy habits that stick. I'll show you how the energy from food can change your world and get you comfy in your jeans again. I'll provide you with a personalised energy intake target that will ensure that you see results. I'll offer you information on the foundations of food. I'll provide you information on the importance of structure. I'll explore with you the time that you have and what you can do with it. I'll offer you motivation, information and support that will help you find your ultimate place of Health & Wellness.
I'll be your accountability person and I want you to succeed.
