Before booking your first counselling session, Hope invites you to a complimentary 15-minute discovery call. This is not compulsory, it's more of an opportunity to briefly discuss what has brought you to counselling, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that your needs are within Hope's scope of practice. Should you not wish to engage in the discovery call but would still like to book your first session, please note this along with your contact details.
