"While I am naturally an organised and disciplined person I was starting to become overwhelmed with how to find balance between work, study, exercise and leisure time. With a home office I find I can easily become consumed by work, and struggle to separate it from other aspects of life, so I was keen to get some help better structuring my week. My goal was to be able to work effectively while maintaining the health and fitness program I enjoy (and need), along with ensuring I created ‘down’ time and continued to connect with friends and family.
Hope has been fantastic in listening to my goals and challenges and to help me focus on the bits I can change and manage, and how to overcome some of the barriers to making those changes stick. In particular she helped with the creation of a weekly plan that allocates time to my work, study, exercise and health program while ensuring there is also “me” and leisure time built in.
Hope is so refreshing and positive; and genuinely wants to see people reach their goals and be their best. She gently gives you a nudge when you need it but at the same time is there cheering you on. I love the periodic ‘check-ins’ and accountability, which has helped me maintain my focus on the plan.
